What We Look For:
- 5+ years of professional dev experience
- Proven experience in SaaS product environments
- Fluent in at least 2-3 tech stacks (Javascript, Python and .NET)
- You love to use AI-tools when working e.g: ChatGPT, Cursor, Codium, Phind, etc.
- English proficiency
- Comfortable with working with our clients timezone
- High speed internet – IMPORTANT!
- High resolution camera – IMPORTANT!
Bonus if you have (Not a must):
- Led sprints or shipped major product updates
- Experience with agile remote teams
- Built tooling or optimized CI/CD pipelines
- Have a degree in engineering or computer science
- StartUp experience
- Have had multiple responsibilities in previous work
- Experience with LLM:
